What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express.

When will my card be charged?
Your credit card is NOT charged until your order is shipped from our warehouse.

What if I need to change something on my order?
You may send us an e-mail (orders@astavita.com) with the change or call at 1-800-507-4011.
· Please include the order number you received via e-mail along with your first and last name and the change that you would like to make to your order.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the following business day.  We ship our packages via UPS (United Parcel Service).
· Standard shipping $5.25 (Eastern & Central Regions)(5-7 business days)
· Standard shipping $5.75 (Western Region)
· Standard shipping $6.25 (AK, HI, PR, Canada)
· Second Day Air Service $20.00 (Two business days)
· Free shipping over $100 purchase

At this time, we are not shipping to any international markets except Canada. (Standard shipping charge to Canada $6.25 and Express Mail Service $20.00 via USPS, overnight is not available).
